About the Project

The Smart Toolkit involves a web based platform in the form of a website and application (android and iOS) to enable effective participation of local area stakeholders in local area planning and development. The web portal facilitates inclusion of opinions and feedback of citizens and authorities at all stages of local area planning. The portal would also help in updating ward information and facilitate dissemination of the same, obtaining suggestions and feedback. It would also help in Grievance Redressal.

The multipurpose web platform would bridge the gap between all stakeholders related to local area planning and development and result in improved governance. This would create a technical database of the ward including spatial (CIS based) as well as non-spatial data of the ward.
